Returns & Exchanges

At Venum United Kingdom, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of use.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring all protective gear and apparel still have their original tags attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized DPD or Royal Mail location across the UK.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
